2019 Flo40 Guard Scottie Lewis Wants To Be The Next Tracy McGrady

Scottie Lewis has a goal. It is lofty, one that will take years of relentless work to achieve, but you better believe the 2019 Flo40 No. 8 prospect is on a mission to make it happen.

The 6-foot-5 shooting guard from Ranney School (NJ) wants to be the next Tracy McGrady.

The timing of the declaration was not random, by any means. Lewis saw the seven-time NBA All-Star and two-time NBA scoring champion get inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame over the weekend and is now set on matching one of the greatest to ever play the game.

Lewis, a junior, might not have the size of the 6-foot-8 McGrady right now, but he sure has the same crazy explosiveness at a young age. He showed all of that and more in the PrimeTime Shootout live on FloHoops this past February.

Lewis is already making an impact in his community, too. He is leading a Hoops for the Homeless fundraising and awareness event on September 16.
