Session 3 of the Under Armour Association basketball circuit was filled with exciting games, big-time performances, and teams punching their tickets to postseason play. Let's take a look at some of the top performers from Session 3 in Los Angeles:

Top 5 Performers:


1. 2017 6’ 5” SG MJ Walker (Atlanta Xpress) 32 points, 5 rebounds, 10-18 FG, 10-11 FT
Walker had a huge last game of the regular season as he led Atlanta Xpress to a 78-75 win over Connecticut Basketball Club to keep their playoff hopes alive. Atlanta Xpress are one of three teams hoping for the last finals spot as one of three teams tied at 5-7 for the final postseason berth. Walker averaged 20 points, 4.5 rebounds, and 2.5 assists per game in regular season play.

2. 2017 6’ 4” PG Nathaniel Pierre-Louis (SportsU) 19 points, 10 rebounds, 8 assists, 6-11 FG
Pierre-Louis had one of the most well-rounded performances of Session 3. He finished with a near triple-double—just two assists shy of a triple-double—and scored an efficient 19 points on just 11 shot attempts. Pierre-Louis led SportsU to a 3-1 record in the finals and remains in the mix as one of the three 5-7 teams on the bubble. He averaged 19.2 points, 4.6 rebounds, and 2.4 assists per game in circuit play.

3. 2017 6’ 3” PG Jemari Baker (Earl Watson Elite) 34 points, 8-15 FG, 12-14 FT, 6-9 from 3
Baker went off for an impressive 34 points in a matchup against elite point guard Trevon Duval and WE R1. He led Earl Watson Elite to a 9-3 record on the year and scored an efficient 34 points, going 6-9 from 3 and 12-14 form the free throw line in a big 77-66 win over WE R1. Baker averaged 16.8 points, 3.2 assists, and 2.9 rebounds per game in regular season play, and showed off his ability to play with elite guards vs WE R1.

4. 2017 6’ 7” SF Sidney Wilson (New Heights) 25 points, 10 points, 8-10 FG, 9-12 FT
Wilson was almost perfect from the field, shooting 80% and 75% from the free throw line. He also scored 25 points and collected 10 rebounds (6 offensive). He has been the catalyst of a solid team New Heights that finished the regular season 8-4. Wilson was New Heights' leading scorer, averaging 16.3 points and adding 6.3 rebounds per game during the regular season of the Under Armour Association.

5. 2017 6’ 4” SG Joshua Anderson (Louisiana Elite) 28 points, 7 rebounds, 2 blocks, 11-20 FG, 5-8 FT
Anderson was the leading scorer for Louisiana Elite during the regular season, averaging 15.6 points to go along with 4.2 rebounds, 2.4 assists, and 1.8 steals per game. He was rolling against the elite guards of WE R1, and went off for 28 points and 7 rebounds in a tight 67-66 win for Louisiana Elite. He led Louisiana Elite to a 9-3 regular season record, and was their go-to scorer throughout the season.

2017 6’ 5” SG LJ Figueroa (Team Breakdown) 26 points, 7 rebounds, 2 steals, 2 blocks, 8-12 FG, 7-8 FT
Figueroa led the Association in scoring, averaging 20.4 points per game.

2017 6’ 5” SG Myles Cale (South Jersey Jazz) 29 points, 5 rebounds, 9-16 FG, 5-5 FT
Cale was second in the Association in scoring, averaging 20.3 points per game.

2017 6’ 4” PG Jalek Felton (Team Felton) 27 points, 5 assists, 8-10 FG, 5-5 FT, 5-6 from 3
Felton finished fourth in the Association in assists, averaging 5 per game and first in steals, averaging 2.5 per contest.

2017 6’ 3” PG Paul Scruggs (Indy Hoosiers) 19 points, 6 assists, 5 rebounds, 6-7 FG, 4-4 FT
Scruggs was sixth in the Association in assists, averaging 4.8 assists per game.

2017 6’ 9” PF Josip Vrankic (Canada Elite) 21 points, 8 rebounds, 8-12 FG, 4-6 FT
Josip Vrankic finished second in the Association in rebounding, averaging 8.1 per game.

Rodriguez-Estrada finished fifth in the Association in rebounding, averaging 6.7 per game.
