This was one of the largest commitment weeks yet. Although several Flo40 prospects took official visits this weekend, there were no pledges on Sunday night. However, over 50 prospects for 2017 decided on their next schools this past week.

The Big Winners: Butler. Head coach Chris Holtmann has done as good a job as any for 2017, and it got even better when the Bulldogs added Vermont Academy (VT) small forward Christian David.

At 6-foot-7, David is a very fluid and versatile wing. He is a great piece to join alongside 2017 guards Jerald Butler and Cooper Neese, and big man Kyle Young. There's a lot to like about this pickup and what Butler is establishing for the future.


Western Kentucky. ​Landing Flo40 big man Mitchell Robinson was huge. So was securing another big-time prospect in Madison Prep (LA) shooting Josh Anderson. It is truly amazing what head coach Rick Stansbury and the Hilltoppers are doing in 2017.​ Anderson has next-level ability.
