The Best-Kept Secret: Flo40 No. 22 M.J. Walker Chooses Florida State
Jonesboro (GA) shooting guard M.J. Walker let the hoops world know he will play at Florida State during the 2017-18 season.
M.J. Walker has always been good at getting buckets. Turns out, he's just as good at keeping secrets. As one of the final 2017 Flo40 prospects to commit, the shooting guard always kept the recruiting side of things pretty quiet. That all changed Wednesday.
At a scheduled assembly at Jonesboro (GA), Walker, the No. 22 prospect in his class, announced he will play at Florida State next season. The 6-foot-4 guard chose the Seminoles, who had been recruiting him the longest, over Georgia Tech, Ohio State, UCLA, and Virginia Tech.
