The 2024 CAA Women’s Championships are set to begin March 13-17 after the conclusion of conference play. The Coastal Athletic Association, formerly known as the Colonial Athletic Association, has hosted the CAA Women’s Basketball Tournament annually since 1984.

Winners of the CAA Women’s Championships receive an automatic berth into the NCAA Women’s Basketball Championships. The CAA now features 14 schools along the east coast who will be looking to earn a conference championship and the opportunity to go dancing in March.

2023 - Monmouth Women's Basketball

Monmouth won their first CAA title with a 80-55 win over Towson. 

2022- Delaware Women's Basketball

Delaware won their third CAA title with a 63-59 win over Drexel.

Drexel won their third CAA title with a 63-52 win over Delaware.

2018- Elon Women's Basketball

Elon won their second CAA title with a 57-45 win over Drexel.

2016- James Madison Women's Basketball

James Madison won their ninth CAA title with a 60-46 win over Drexel

2015- James Madison Women's Basketball

James Madison won their eighth  CAA title with a 62-56 win over Hofstra.

2014- James Madison Women's Basketball

James Madison wins their seventh CAA title with a 70-45 win over Delaware.

2013- Delaware Women's Basketball

Delaware won their second CAA title with a 59-56 win over Drexel.

When Is The 2024 CAA Women ’s Basketball Tournament

The 2024 CAA Women's Basketball Championship will be held from March 13-17 in Washington D.C. 

Seeding for the tournament will be set at the end of the CAA regular season on March 9.
