Last Week In College Wrestling Recruiting: April 22-28

Recruiting season is in full swing both on the high school commitment scene and college transfer scene. Wyatt Hendrickson, a 2X All-American for Air Force was granted permission to enter the transfer portal. He has one year of eligibility remaining left. Minnesota picked up a nice transfer in Clayton Whiting. Whiting was a Super 32 finalist and the #32 overall recruit in the class of 2022. While at Missouri he defeated starter Cohlton Hawks, who mad the round of 12 this year, but wasn't given the starting spot.

Two big late commitment flips from the class of 2024 last week from #14 Mason Gibson (from Penn State to Rutgers) and #35 Nick O’Neill (from Army to North Carolina). Oklahoma continued to build a nice 2025 class. #64 Austin Johnson was already the fifth big boarder to sign with the Sooners.
