The event featured designers Tinker Hatfield and Mark Smith presenting the iconic sneaker and the story behind it. The #AJXXX was revealed via live stream on Jordan Brand’s website to the masses, the first time the iconic company has done such a thing.
The Air Jordan XXX has a cosmic backstory taking in inspirations from the Big Bang and other galactic events. The sneaker is constructed with FlightSpeed architecture which contributes to the traction capabilities of the herringbone pattern. The upper is a mix of woven, knit and printed materials.

The Air Jordan XXX will release globally at select retailers and Jordan.com on February 12, 2016, at the $200 price tag.
