With the new NCAA rules allowing underclassmen to declare for the NBA Draft, the question should be, Who isn't declaring for the NBA Draft?

The new NCAA rules allow an underclassmen to explore the possibilites of going pro. The rules state an underclassmen can declare for the NBA Draft, go through the combine process, and come back to school if the student-athlete pleases. The only caveat is, the athlete must declare if he's going back to school within 10 day after the NBA Combine. With that said, there will be a lot of underclassmen exploring their pro possibilties.
