The live-event season starts off red hot with the nation's top team headlining the show. This weekend is definitely one you will not want to miss. 

U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS PARADISE JAM (DIVISION I MEN)

When: November 18-21 | Where: St. Thomas, USVI

Teams: N.C. State, Ole Miss, Creighton, Washington State, St. Joseph's, Loyola, Oral Roberts

Just when you thought FloHoops only covers high school basketball, here comes one of the top early season college tournaments. There are many storylines to follow here with some of the country's best players and teams. One of them is the return of bucket-getter Marcus Foster, who transferred to Creighton after being dismissed at Kansas State.




Wait, that's not it for the college game.

U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS PARADISE JAM (DIVISION I WOMEN)

When: November 24-26 | Where: St. Thomas, USVI

Teams: N.C. State, LSU, K-State, Florida State, Gonzaga, Michigan

The first women's tournament of the live-event season is expected to make a lot of noise. Catch some projected NCAA Tournament teams play in a round-robin division format.




If you thought the college coverage was over, guess again.

JUNKANOO JAM (DIVISION I WOMEN)

When: November 24-26 | Where: Bimini Islands, Bahamas

Teams: Georgia, Missouri, South Florida, North Carolina, Creighton, Dayton, Minnesota.

Due to damage caused by Hurricane Matthew, the event had to be relocated, but that's not going to stop any of the action.

OGLETHORPE, INC. TOURNAMENT OF CHAMPIONS

When: November 24-26 | Where: Washington, Illinois

Notable Teams: Spartanburg Day (SC), Union City (TN), Esperanza (CA), Proviso East (IL), Washington (IL)

Flo40 Prospects: No. 2 Zion Williamson (2018)

This event has a new name, but still has the same spark. Get ready to watch one of the nation's top juniors in Zion Williamson, who is set to wow everyone.

THANKSGIVING HOOPFEST

When: November 25-26 | Where: Duncanville, Texas

Notable Teams: No. 7 Findlay Prep (NV), Norman North (OK), Dallas Skyline (TX), Austin Westlake (TX), Duncanville (TX)

CHARLOTTE HOOPS CHALLENGE:

When: November 25-26 | Where: Charlotte, North Carolina

Prep basketball in North Carolina is some serious business, and the Charlotte Hoops Challenge will have some of the best teams and players from the state for both boys and girls.
