Everyone knew the announcements were coming. The destinations might have been pretty well figured out, too. However, nothing took away from the excitement of the decisions becoming official Thursday.

Flo40 guards Gary Trent Jr. and Collin Sexton are officially off the board.

Trent, the No. 8 overall prospect in 2017 from Prolific Prep (CA), chose Duke over Michigan State and UCLA, while Sexton, the No. 13 prospect from Pebblebrook (GA), committed to Alabama over Kansas. Both prospects announced their pledges on ESPN.
