A 6-foot-1 point guard with elite quickness and major scoring ability, Garland chose to play for head coach Bryce Drew and the Commodores over finalists Indiana, Kentucky, and UCLA and joins Porter Gaud (SC) wing Aaron Nesmith in what is now a game-changing 2018 class for Vanderbilt.
