The rankings world became even more controversial than usual over the past few weeks as rumors loomed around fifth-year students enrolled on high-profile teams such as Sunrise Christian (KS) and, most recently, No. 2 Oak Hill (VA).

As of Tuesday, it appears that the student in question at Oak Hill has since been expelled from the school and kicked off the team. While the Warriors reportedly remain eligible to receive an impending invite to GEICO Nationals, their seed is still up in the air.

Despite removing teams in previous weeks that have committed similar infractions, Oak Hill will remain in the rankings as long as it is eligible for the national tournament.

Here's where the nation's best high school basketball teams stand as March begins to heat up and the GEICO Nationals picture becomes clearer.
