  • What is my PRO subscription?

    For $11.99/mo, you'll get unlimited access to all PRO content on the site with the exception of live events and event replays. You will be billed every month until you cancel. To change plans, please contact FloSports Customer Service via email at support@flosports.tv.

  • What are my PRO subscription options?

    YEARLY: With a yearly subscription, you gain access to PRO content on the site you joined and all FloSports sites. You’ll be billed once per year on the date that you originally signed up for your PRO account. For example, if you join on April 8th, you'll be billed the yearly fee again on April 8th each year afterward.

    MONTHLY: This option grants you access to all PRO content on the site you join. You’ll be billed once per month on the date that you originally signed up for your PRO subscription. For example, if you join on April 8th, you’ll be billed the monthly fee on May 8th, June 8th, and so on.

    You can cancel a PRO subscription at any time. Simply access your account settings on desktop or mobile and click or tap the "My Subscription" option.

    If you purchase a PRO subscription on an Apple TV or Roku or through a mobile app, you'll manage your subscription in the app stores on those devices.

  • What do I do if I sign up for a yearly PRO subscription but meant to sign up for a monthly PRO subscription?

    If you accidentally sign up for a yearly subscription instead of a monthly subscription, we can convert you to a monthly plan and credit you the difference between your first month and a full year. If you need to make this change, please contact FloSports Customer Service within 30 days of signing up.

  • Can I share my PRO subscription with other people?

    We do not permit subscribers to share their accounts with anyone, and we reserve the right to terminate a PRO subscription if there is evidence of account sharing.

  • Can I watch live events from multiple devices simultaneously?

    Only one mobile device or computer at a time can be used to watch live events. If you start watching a live event from one device, you’ll need to logout of your account on that device before attempting to watch the same event from a different device.

  • What is the refund policy?

    You can review our refund policy in the Terms of Service.

What is included with a PRO subscription?

A PRO subscription unlocks the following:

Which devices can I watch live events, replays, and other PRO videos on?

Web: Any web-connected desktop, laptop, tablet, or mobile phone using the latest version of Chrome (recommended), Firefox, Safari, Edge, or Internet Explorer.

Mobile App: If you have an iPhone or iPad, search for “FloSports” in the App Store.

TV: If you have an Apple TV (4th generation) or Roku, search for “FloSports” in the App Store or in the Roku Channel Store.

Can I watch multiple streams from a live event at the same time?

Yes, if multiple streams are available for the live event, our custom video player* lets you watch up to two at a time. It’s awesome.

* The custom video player is only available on web at this time. You can still easily switch between streams when using our iOS, Apple TV, or Roku apps though!

Can I access my account on multiple devices?

Yes, you can access your account and PRO subscription from any of the supported devices listed above.

Can I change plans or cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel anytime from Account Settings.
