After winning the conference regular season title, the UConn coaches were honored as the BIG EAST Coaching Staff of the Year.

The BIG EAST softball season is reaching its thrilling conclusion, though only one of four teams can represent the league at the highest stage in college softball—the NCAA Tournament.

Before the penultimate weekend of Colonial Athletic Association regular-season competition pares down the field to those that will vie for the league championship, CAA teams compete in some intriguing non-conference matchups.
