Emmitt Williams Soars For City Of Palms Dunk Crown

FORT MYERS, Fla. -- Emmitt Williams couldn't miss. Granted, it was a dunk contest, but the IMG Academy (FL) was feeling it Sunday night.

In the Edison National Bank Slam Dunk Contest at the Culligan City of Palms, Williams, the local hero, soared above the competition with a windmill off the glass to start and an eastbay to finish. It was a perfect way to cap off an exciting day of hoops with plenty more intense action to follow.
