Ty-Shon Alexander Quietly Getting It Done For No. 5 Oak Hill Academy
You likely won’t find his name on any All-American list or even see him pumping his chest and yelling out with much emotion. That’s not his game. Ty-Shon Alexander is a cool customer, though, a team player, and helps make No. 5 Oak Hill Academy (VA) complete.
That’s not to say the 6-foot-4 Creighton signee can’t take over and dominate, however. After all, the senior guard with a smooth stroke went on a tear in late January, including a 50-point performance with 13 3-pointers.
Alexander is a shooter. He picks his spots wisely. And when he gets going, watch out, because he can fill it up in a hurry.
No matter what role Alexander has during the Warriors’ 2 PM ET game Sunday with Gill St. Bernards (NJ) in the PrimeTime Shootout, he will make an impact, even if that means he does his work quietly on both ends of the floor.
