Team Takeover's Jeremy Roach Emerging As The Top Point Guard For 2020
There is still plenty of time to settle the debate, but it never hurts to start it early. When it comes to ranking the top point guard for 2020, Jeremy Roach better be in the conversation.
A 6-foot floor general with an amazing combination of strength, toughness, and speed at his age, Roach has been sensational all spring in leading Team Takeover (DC) to the No. 1 overall seed for Nike E16 Finals at Peach Jam. He also scored 13 points for the USA Basketball men’s U16 national team in the FIBA U16 Americas Championship gold medal game earlier this month.
Roach already has high-major Atlantic Coast Conference offers from Virginia and Miami (FL), and more are destined to come this summer and when he competes in the tough Washington Catholic Athletic Conference for Fairfax (VA) Paul VI Catholic next season.
In a class filled with elite-level guards, Roach is certainly at the top of the list right now.
