Indiana's James Blackmon, Jr. Fueled By Injury, Hungry To Return

WASHINGTON, D.C. —It wasn’t easy. Actually, it was the toughest thing James Blackmon, Jr. has been through in a while. The Indiana junior guard didn’t like missing time, but he is hungry to make up for it.
After suffering a season-ending right knee injury just prior to Big Ten play last season, Blackmon is feeling better than ever. He averaged 15.8 points and 4.2 rebounds before the setback, which occurred during a non-contact play in practice, and is now charged with helping boost the Hoosiers backcourt with his scoring ability.
Blackmon sat down with FloHoops during the 2016 Big Ten Basketball Media Day at Marriott Wardman Park.
