Giir Ring Challenged To Lead Christ School, Elevate His Game To New Heights

GREENSBORO -- Giir Ring has a new role this season. No longer is he the young, blossoming forward. He is the leader of Christ School is taking his game to the next level.

On the court, Ring, the cousin of NBA player Luol Deng, looks comfortable attacking the basket or with a step-back jumper, and has improved his ball-handling. Off the court, he is getting plenty of looks, including some who are expected to be at the Phenom Hoops National Showcase on Saturday.
