Veteran PG RJ Cole Lifts St. Anthony Over Lincoln

UNION, NJ -- While several new faces pack the St. Anthony (NJ) roster, it's clear that RJ Cole is not one of them. The senior point guard, who is headed to Howard University next fall, knows what success under coach Bob Hurley Sr. feels like, having gone 32-0 a year ago.

That experience was put on display in St. Anthony's 67-53 win over New York City powerhouse Lincoln High School at the PrimeTime Shootout on Saturday night. Cole scored a game-high 24 points but, more importantly, guided his team to a victory in an important stretch of the season.

FloHoops' Jaki Goldner caught up with Cole after the game to see where St. Anthony sits this season and what it might take for the defending champions to make another historic run in the New Jersey state tournament.
