Oakland Soldiers Grind Out Win Over Boo Williams To Reach Peach Jam Title Game
NORTH AUGUSTA, SC — James Akinjo kept on his Peach Jam scoring terror with 17 points, three more poured in double figures, and the Oakland Soldiers (CA) stayed hot to defeat Boo Williams (VA), 65-59, in the semifinals Saturday night at the Riverview Park Activities Center.
The Soldiers face Team Takeover (DC) for the title on Sunday afternoon.
Keyontae Johnson led Boo Williams with 18 points. Flo40 No. 10 Keldon Johnson finished with 12 points and 10 rebounds.
