There were no huge relationship issues or an FBI investigation that caused the decision. Tyler Herro simply had a change of heart after a yearlong commitment.

Now, one of the nation’s emerging prospects in the class of 2018 is back on the market after stepping away from his pledge to Wisconsin.

Playing for Playground Elite (WI) in the Nike EYBL, the 6-foot-4 shooting guard erupted as a dangerous scorer with a quick release, averaging 14.8 points, 5.6 rebounds, and 3.1 assists per game.





Herro will undoubtedly get plenty of attention during his senior season at Whitnall (WI) now that his recruitment is open, and whichever program can land him this time around is going to get a high-level prospect capable of filling it up at all three levels.
