Michigan State sophomore point guard Cassius Winston scored 20 of his game-high 26 points in the second half to lead the No. 2 Spartans past Ferris State 80-72 in their first exhibition game of the 2017-18 season on Friday at the Breslin Center in East Lansing, MI.

Sophomore star Miles Bridges added 19 points for Michigan State, and freshman big man Jaren Jackson Jr. posted 14 points, eight rebounds, and eight blocks in his debut.
