Kitija Laksa And Maria Jespersen Are The Ultimate Duo For Top-Ranked USF

In order for No. 6 Notre Dame to advance to Sunday's Gulf Coast Showcase Championship game, it will have to get by No. 17 South Florida and its ultimate duo of Kitija Laksa and Maria Jespersen.

Laksa, a junior guard from Latvia, puts up a team-best 21.7 ppg.,  while Jespersen, a senior guard from Denmark, adds 17 ppg. Together, the duo scores from all over the floor and has the experience and maturity to pull off big defensive plays.

On Saturday night at 7:30 PM, the Bulls (5-0) will take on No. 6 Notre Dame (4-0) in the Gulf Coast Showcase Semifinals.
