R.J. Barrett Comes Through In The Clutch For Top-Ranked Montverde Academy

It’s no secret R.J. Barrett plays some of his best basketball on the big stage, and he was at it again at the Spalding Hoophall Classic.

In a 62-60 win for No. 1 Montverde Academy (FL) over No. 7 Simeon (IL), the top-ranked player in the country poured in a team-high 23 points and came through in the clutch late with a big steal that helped the Eagles stay undefeated.
