This Day In History: Trae Young Nets 62 Points For Norman North

This Day In History: Trae Young Drops 62 PTS

Oklahoma Sooners point guard Trae Young is the first to tell any doubters that he's been playing the same game since high school. On Feb. 10, 2017, the then-high school senior put on a scoring display for his Norman (OK) North team much like the ones seen on millions of TV screens this season.

In a win over local rival Edmond Memorial last season, Young put up 62 points on 7-of-14 shooting from beyond the arc.

If you read through some of the shots we listed on the left of the video, you'll notice no two shots are exactly the same. This shows Young's skill set is lethal and deep, and we'd have to bet it will only keep growing from here for the OU freshman and potential national player of the year.
