Where is Royce White in his NBA Career?
Earlier, we published part one of our interview with Royce White, the 2012 first-round pick for the Houston Rockets. During his brief stint with the Rockets, White made headlines for struggling with an anxiety disorder that many do not understand. He wants to educate the world not only on his particular ailment, but mental illness as a whole. Below, we spoke with White on his potential return to the NBA.

FloHoops: Where are you in your basketball career?
Royce White: I'm going to look at going at it again this summer. Last summer didn't go great. I played with the (Los Angeles) Clippers in summer league, and didn't get as many minutes as I would have liked to be able to showcase that I can still play. So this summer, we'll try it again.

I was just telling somebody, I'm 25 years old and I still haven't torn anything or broken any bones—knock on wood—so I'm really no different of a player than I was when I was 21, except for the fact that I'm probably a little smarter now. So I could still play; it's just about finding the right fit. Teams that think they need something or want to experiment.

Would you play outside the NBA?
It's possible. The things that American basketball brings that I can give are consistency and quality control. We have a union in the NBA. There are a lot of teams abroad that don't even have unions, so the deals that go on and the politics can get even worse over there. Especially because my career has had a lot to do with the politics, it wouldn't make sense to go to even more political situations.

But we'll see what happens. Like I said, I definitely still have the itch to play. I still love playing. I love coming out here and watching them play. My little brother is playing. If I can find somewhere to be, I'll definitely play.

Where are you training right now?
I'll probably be training back at 43 Hoops. But I was talking to (Howard Pulley) Coach Luv (Antwan Harris) here, and we'll probably set something up where I come play with the (Howard Pulley) 17s on Tuesdays and Thursdays, whenever they practice.
