The top four in Division II Men's Basketball remained the same as the teams picked up wins over this past week.

Washburn almost unanimously holds the No. 1 spot again after gaining two blowout wins on the road.

Multiple teams drop out of the top ten thanks to bad losses throughout the week, causing others to rise who have been around the middle of the pack all season.

Here is everything about the latest Division II NCAA Men's Basketball rankings.

Valdosta State Right Outside The Top 10

  • Valdosta State men's basketball reached the top ten and fell just out of the top five with a big blowout win over West Alabama on Jan. 25.
  • However, the Blazers lost to No. 4 Alabama Huntsville in an overtime match 97-95 this past Monday.
  • With the loss, seeing where they end up in the rankings next Tuesday will be interesting.

Highest Riser: Missouri S&T

  • Aside from the Blazers, who had the biggest jump in the rankings number-wise, Missouri S&T got into the top five and is on a nine-game winning streak.
  • Especially considering Valdosta State's recent loss this week, this may allow the Miners to climb higher in upcoming rankings.

Largest Dropper: Ferris State

  • Last week, Ferris State MBB had two home games against conference opponents, and both came down to the wire.
  • The Bulldogs won over Northern Michigan but lost to an unranked 13-5 Michigan Tech team in overtime, falling seven spots in this week's rankings, the most of any team in the top 25.
