The 2025-26 Division 2 hoops season is underway. With conference action going strong for the men, the athletes are putting their best foot forward in the final weeks of the season before a berth at the conference of national tournament. 

With so much talent across the country in D2 basketball, there are some major stats to be noted and discussed and the talent across this division is unmatched. 

From a record 72 blocks in this season alone from Jarnel Rancy at Adelphi, to Jaquay Randolph having 14 double-doubles through 18 games at Southern Wesleyan, this division is insane.
