Who won the 2026 NE10 Tournament?
The 2026 NE10 women's basketball tournament was won by SCSU Women's Basketball over Bentley University.
Heading into the final quarter, Bentley was up 40-39 over SCSU. Within the final 10 minutes, SCSU pushed to put 20 points on the board over Bentley's final 10.
The win for SCSU was their first win in 20 years, with their last conference title coming from the 2006-07 season.

How many teams made the 2026 DII NCAA Tournament?
The NE10 had a large presence in the 2026 DII NCAA women's basketball tournament.
Southern Connecticut earned an automatic bid and a number 1 seed in the tournament. They played fellow NE10 school, Saint Michael's, in the first round, winning 56-49. SCSU made it to the second round, where they were knocked out by Holy Family in a 51-61 loss.
Assumption made it to the tournament but did not pass the first round after losing to Holy Family.
Bentley took a victory over ECC school, Mercy, in the first round. They went on to play Daemen and were kicked out in the second round.

Over 43 years in the NE10, Bentley has won the most amount of conference titles, totalling 24 wins. No other schools come remotely close to Bentley's winning history. They have also earned runner-up the most amount of times, with 10 second-place finishes.
