The Big Winner: Maryland. As noted earlier this week, head coach Mark Turgeon and the Terrapins landed Darryl Morsell from Mount Saint Joseph (MD). It was significant not just because the 6-foot-3 combo guard is a nice foundation piece for the future and one of the top targets for this 2017 class, but it was also Turgeon's first commitment from a Baltimore high school player while at the helm of Maryland. It could help land more in-state prospects in the future.
