The seeds are set for the 2018 Washington Catholic Athletic Conference boys basketball playoffs. Ninth-ranked Paul VI (VA) will head into the start of the tournament this week with the No. 1 seed for the second year in a row; however, WCAC players, coaches, and fans alike know that it's any team's title to win.
