As one of the 2019 Flo40 prospects on the move for his junior season, No. 3 Charles Bassey has all eyes on him once again to see what he does next.
After playing two seasons at St. Anthony (Texas), some of which came with drama of being briefly ineligible, the 6-foot-10 Nigerian star and three international teammates -- Ousmane Ndim, Jordan Persad, and Obi Prosper -- will attend DeSales (KY) and play for Aspire Academy for the 2017-18 season.
With a next-level game filled with face-ups and smooth jump shots, like he showed at the 2016 Culligan City of Palms Classic, Bassey has the talent to be a superstar in high school hoops and beyond. What he has shown so far is only tapping into his pro potential.
