Look out, Mater Dei returns six of its top seven scorers from last season and is one of the best in California once again as the Monarchs aim to give storied coach Gary McKnight yet another state championship. Some of the returnees needing to take the next are forwards Michael Wang and Justin Sueing, and the talented guard duo of sharpshooter Spencer Freedman and Harrison Butler. The pieces are there to add another 25 to 30 wins this season.
